Headspace 

Our popular 7-week peer mental health support group starts again on 15th August, running on Thursdays from 12-2. 

Join our peer support sessions to share ideas and learn more about: stress and relaxation, relationships and boundaries, understanding your thoughts, self acceptance and self esteem, and taking care of yourself. 

Suitable for anybody experiencing mild to moderate mental health symptoms.

Local people know best what kinds of projects and groups will benefit them and other locals! Whether you have a fully formed plan that you're ready to run with or just an idea, enthusiasm and willingness to learn, we are able to support local projects in getting started.

The Present 

A 6-week programme for women using simple bodywork from yoga and kung fu to help you feel safe and at ease in your own body. 

Safe space - women together - self defence techniques - discussions - confidential group work - gentle movement and breath work.

Thriving Together Volunteering

Thriving Together is a project supporting local people to start their own groups and projects for other local people in Little London, Woodhouse & Hyde Park.

Tuesdays & Wednesdays 12 noon - 2pm

A 'Pay What You Can' restaurant run by local people, for local people to come together & eat together.

Anybody can come, no need to book.

Refresh your wardrobe and recycle your clothes! Bring up to 20 items of
unwanted clothes to swap. £3.50 Entry, all gender items accepted. Bring up to 20 items of adult clothing, shoes and accessories. 1 item = 1 credit, no kids clothes, swimwear, underwear, or jewellery. 

Drop in, no need to book. Community Clothing Exchange is now taking a summer break and will return on Saturday 28th September.
