Life Drawing at Woodhouse Community Centre

Relaxed and fun, the lessons are packed with tuition. The sessions cost £10 and are suitable for all abilities, including beginners. All the materials are included and teas and coffees are free too. The classes are open, so you don't need to book. You can just drop in and take a class!

Soft Play Dec 6th 10am -12pm

Our final of the monthly Soft Plays is coming up on Friday Dec 6th - 10am - 12pm.  

This will sadly be the final monthly Soft Play for toddlers and parents. Its free and community led so come along with your kids, enjoy a break and a cuppa with some other parents and carers.

Its warm and we will have refreshments and hot drinks for you and your small one!

Bodylingual

A fusion of basic calisthenics, mobility and flexibility exercises derived from Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts and various other disciplines that will allow you to learn to listen to your body's language, reset body tension and help you develop your body's 6th sense(s). 

Each session will progressively build up from the previous one to give your training structure and in the process, help you build a strong physical foundation upon which you can safely and progressively challenge yourself to go even further as you achieve your fitness objectives. 

It's £3 per class and free for anyone on benefits.

Boxing 

Our group sessions help introduce you to fitness and boxing, you will learn to execute: jabs, hooks, uppercuts, power punches as well as effective foot work and defensive techniques while relieving yourself of stress from daily life. All levels welcome!

Monday 5-6pm, Kids and Young People

Wed, Thurs, Fri 6-7pm Adults
