What a Bookkeeper does
This is a finance administration role for someone who has the skills to manage day to day finances of a charitable organisation. As the Bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining Oblong’s finances, managing income and invoicing, chasing outstanding debts and keeping the finance paperwork up to date.
Purpose of the post
- To manage day to day finances including invoicing, payments and petty cash for Oblong.
- To assist the external finance support where required with monthly management accounts.
- To assist independent examiner with audit of Oblong accounts where required.
